I've played sports all my life and always been active. when I started working and couldn't compete in organized sports any more because of my work schedule I turned to lifting. I started out small, I was benching 105 total, I'm now lifting well over the 1200 pounds on the big 3 with my bench being at 315 thats 210 more than I started.
